Trips on Passover

Hundreds of thousands if not millions of Israelis choose to make trips on Passover. No matter if it is a flight to the sand or a route in the country, this is the best time of the year in terms of weather. On this holiday, we always do something special – Passover in the desert – or rather: Seder night in the desert. You are welcome to contact us or leave details on the website if you are interested in celebrating as if you were really the children of Israel coming out of Egypt. We invite you to stay with us during the holiday season.

Also, here are some recommendations on the Israel Trail routes for the holiday.

We at Walk About Love organize trips on the Israel Trail for tourists from Israel and the world. Together we embark on an 80-day journey from end to end. You are welcome to go on a journey with us or part of it.

Interested in a small, one-day trip without the need for logistics service? Here are recommendations for some routes:

Nahal Poleg Reserve

If you live in the center and you want to walk on the Israel Trail without opening a map, it is recommended to choose one of the routes located in the center or the Sharon area. For example, the Nahal Poleg Reserve, which is located in the Netanya area. You can help pave briefly within the reserve that includes the lake (you can watch waterfowl). You can also go a little further with it and reach the beach. There is no need to spend more than half a day all this in a light walk.

Canada Park

This place is not just for picnics. It has a good view of the Ayalon Valley. We recommend walking the Israel Trail marked in orange, blue and white. Plan your trip so you can return before the sun goes down.

Amud river

As mentioned, trips on Passover are popular not only because the children are on vacation but also because the weather is pleasant. If it is a hotter than average day, we recommend doing the Nahal Amud route. You can walk in the water to freshen up, but the biggest advantage of the route lies in the fact that it is shaded in large parts of it and there are quite a few places to rest along it on the side.

We at “Walk for Love” recommend that you check out the option to join us if you are looking for a long trip on holiday. Through this map of the Israel Trail you will know more about the routes.
